Notes
Did a 1:21.464 with the setup...can't remember if the gears are set for a lap with DRS or not though...like all other setups for Lotus, its good in the corners and slow in the straights...so in S1 you could be slower than the rest of the drivers, but you can regain that in the next 2 sectors.

Based on the setup by tom_laan84 which I have to say is very good I tweaked the front and rear stiffness to 10 and the gear 7 ratio to 321 for DRS and got a pole 1.16.525 - this was also using fuel mix 3.

I am on legend no Traction control, abs but have tire sim turned off.

1:14.120

First post! Awesome forum.

All assistance OFF (no abs, traction, etc...) expert difficulty.

Although I installed the latest patch which claims to stop the 11/11 bug, I've kept the setups and seem to be relatively fine. Kills my tires but thats par.

This is probably my favorite track. I did a 1:14.120 but haven't been able to get below 1:14.4 in a long time.

Great setup Cr4zy, I tuned down the gears 6 and 7 a couple notches and managed a 1:20.095 in the Lotus. Could probably do a better in S2 with some more practice.

Hey guys.
I ran standucci's setup for ferrari on a williams and got a 1:19.56. Im not sure how you guys are getting 1:14's. I am struggling to workout where i can find 5 odd seconds.
Definitely an awsom track though. Very technical.
Im new here, any tips to getting more out of the car? Im running a MC2 wheel which i only just got. Any tips would be awsom.

Hey, I used Phil's setup in a Red Bull and in qualifying I managed a 1:16.909 on my first timed lap on the prime tyres which was easy enough for pole position. (They have 95% durability left) M.Webber joined me on the front row with a 1:17.369 and I assume I could knock off another second or so with the Options.

In the race I was unable to improve on my time of 1:16.9 which was kind of disappointing, I went in for my pit and when I came out I went straight into the run-off and Webber and Button went past, I managed to overtake Webber fairly easy but then had loads of traffic I got past Button by the end of the lap and was pulling out 2-3 seconds a lap.

Ignator, if you do a video of yourself running round in quallifying people would be able to help you a lot. It seems that most people lose time in the later part of the 1st sector and also the later part of the last sector.

In the race I came 1st with a fastest lap on 1:17.614 (mix 3 w/ no DRS as lead from start to finish.

With a 1:13.7 I was pretty stoked considering I was only in my second season. I only did around 10 Laps and pulled this time, so there might be 5/10's in this yet once I lower the fuel a bit and just a bit more practice. I find these settings brilliant for just about all circuits. I only play with brake pressure, gear ratios and Aero, but I usually have max aero for almost all of the circuits except China and Valencia. The rear tow is what I use for keeping the rear end nice and stable coming out of slow speed corners, especially in the wet.
